- Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree With Computer Science As A Subject From A Recognized University; Or Bachelor Degree From A Recognized University And One Year Diploma In Computer Science. And Two Years Experience In The Field Of Computer Software Development, Computer Software Testing Or System Administrative In Central Government Offices Or Their Attached And Subordinate Officers.
